Sales Conditions – Maupiti Studios Digital Products

By purchasing digital products on this website (including but not limited to eBooks, music, articles, graphics, templates, multimedia files, concept packs, and downloadable or online-access content), the user expressly accepts these Terms of Sale.

1) Nature of the Product

All products sold on this website are digital goods. No physical shipment is provided.

Delivery occurs via download link, streaming access, email delivery, personal account/library access, or other digital method specified on the product page.

Due to their digital nature, products are considered delivered once access is granted or download is made available.

2) Delivery and Access

After successful payment (or manual confirmation where applicable), the customer will receive:

a confirmation email with instructions and/or
access to their personal account/library to view and download purchased content.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that spam filters or mailbox limitations do not prevent delivery.

Maupiti Studios is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3) Prices and Payments

All prices are indicated in Euro and may include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.

Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card or other payment providers).

The purchase contract is considered concluded upon successful payment confirmation.

4) Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content (Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the execution of a digital content contract has begun, provided that:

the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery, and
the customer has acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal once download or access begins.

By completing the purchase and, where applicable, ticking the consent checkbox at checkout, the user expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Once download or access has started, the purchase becomes final and non-revocable.

5) No Right of Withdrawal for B2B Transactions

For purchases made by professionals, companies, sole proprietors, or VAT-registered entities (B2B transactions), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

All B2B purchases are final and binding upon confirmation of payment.

6) Refund Policy – Non-Refundable Digital Products

All digital products sold by Maupiti Studios are non-refundable.

Refunds are not granted for:

digital content already downloaded or accessed
change of mind after purchase
incompatibility with the customer’s device, software or technical setup
incorrect purchases (including duplicate purchases) not promptly reported before access
lack of usage of the purchased content

In case of a defective or technically inaccessible file, Maupiti Studios will provide assistance and, where necessary, a replacement file or working download link.

Except where required by mandatory law, no monetary refunds will be issued.

7) License of Use and Copyright

All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly limited to the uses specified on the product page.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, it is strictly prohibited to:

publicly share download links or files
resell, sublicense, duplicate or redistribute the content
upload content to third-party platforms, websites, groups or marketplaces
remove watermarks, credits or metadata
use the content beyond the scope of the granted license

Exclusive licensing terms, where offered, are governed by specific contractual conditions.

8) Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of their devices and software (e.g., PDF/ePub reader, audio player, stable internet connection).

9) Customer Support

Support requests are handled within reasonable technical timeframes.

10) Limitation of Liability

Maupiti Studios shall not be liable for disruptions or damages caused by:

email service providers
internet connectivity issues
payment platform malfunctions
spam filtering systems
incorrect customer registration data
improper, unauthorized or unlawful use of digital content

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Privacy

Personal data are processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy (GDPR). Data are used exclusively for order processing, invoicing and customer support.

12) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For consumers, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, as required by applicable law.

For B2B transactions, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Ravenna (Italy).
